Stupid Smarch Update
I can’t listen to podcasts because I can’t hear any lyrics or talking while I write. I also don’t think I’m a great podcast guest, and I really don’t want to discuss the current work. It’s not place to have any part in the reception of work. I understand I need to promote the work, so it’s a balance. I owe a lot of podcast requests — things I’ve threatened to do but haven’t had time, I’m going to try and knock some out in the next few weeks. One podcast that was easy to say yes to was A.I. for Humans because it wasn't about my work for hire gigs.
Kevin Pereira and Gavin Purcell are great fiends of mine, they’re both good dudes and we’ve worked on many hours of TV in years past. The duo has been interested in the intersection of art and technology, for as long as I’ve known them so it’s no surprise that they are paying attention to all the developments in artificial intelligence.
Appreciate them having me on their podcast AI FOR HUMANS, to achieve my final GEN-X form and permit me the chance to be a dissenting voice on the topic of A.I. art.

I had a great time at Emerald City Comic Con, and I was grateful to chat with retailers at Lunar Comics Distribution’s mixer. There are a lot of cool new Image Comics coming your way this year. Paid subscribers have already gotten a taste of my next big announcement, and everybody else won’t have long to wait to see what’s up.
I’m grinding away on the wraps of X-Men & Iron Man this week. Going out with some fireworks. In the meantime, X-Men 32 is on sale this week and it’s a fun one courtesy of Phil Noto. Here’s Josh’s cover and a preview.
Magik’s been feeling better. You’ll feel better as the X-Men strike back against Orchis. Well, back to work. I saw my first two spotting of the Cybertruck, and yeesh. It’s hard to shake the notion that people involved in accidents with this behemoth are going to die needlessly.
Two thumbs way down.
More soon.
