For most of my life I dipped into a comic shop every Wednesday and would emerge with “the stack”, the pile of comics to lose myself in. Nowadays I’m reading more comics than ever and enjoying many of them digitally on Substack. It’s also worth noting that as the reading experience on Comixology has imploded because of Amazon’s changes, the experience on Substack is everything you could want. DRM free comics, in large sizes often in a choice of file format.
